View From A Window

Today is another one of those Perth days that cant make up its mind wether it wants to be fine and sunny or rain. So its doing both, woke up to beautiful sunshine and slowly its become overcast, the temp has just done a big drop so I think its going to rain...
Perfect cuddle up weather :)
I love the sound of rain on a tin roof, I was born and raised in the country *laughing*
We are finally in spring here, something else I love, all the animals look cute pairing off..
The wonderful burst of colours in gardens and everywhere...
And the best part its starts getting warmer,less clothes less washing LOL...
I have been playing around in photoshop yet again and this is what I came up with.. I actually started making a new template and sidetracked myself with this idea..
I have a punch that I have always loved, so anyway the next few layouts and templates have basically been inspired by this punch.. *laughing* hows that for an inspiration point...
This LO is the final result, its my gained son(he has been part of the family now for quite some time so we adopted him lol) this was his model boat phase, my daughter took some pics at one of there outings which I have been meaning to scrap for her...
I put together the template and I havnt used any papers at all its all been done with styles..
I think it came out really well..
I will put the template up as well, incase anyone else would like to use it...
have a funtabulous day..
I am off to snuggle up with my yummy man and watch a dvd he wants to watch... :)

Freebie Template 3

Ok here is the latest Template..
I had great fun putting this together today..
I started off with just four heart stems coming out from the heart but it looked like the heart they use for an ad here in Aussie land so I kept working on it..
Until I get the full hang of things my templates are PSD....
And once I save up and get the most current photo shop and then work out all the new gadgets I guess in some ways my templates will be basic..
Good thing is I am a fast learner especially when it comes to things I love...

I threw a LO together really quickly as well..
I called this one "Love Grows"
This is me and my wonderful partner Grah..
We met when I started working at the same site as him... I must admit I was totally intrigued by him...
He is my best friend, lover, partner in mischief..
The photo in the middle was taken on a walk one day, we were being total dorks *laughing* its my favourite picture of us..
You know your inlove with someone when you start missing them the minute you climb out of bed, count down the hours your at work, hurry home because there just isnt enough time to spend with him before you go back to work again the next day...
Days off are spent together in bed lazing or umm we wont go there :), or doing things together..
I have never been one to just laze around, but with this wonderful man I could happily stay cuddled up watching a video or laying in bed cuddled up talking about anything and everything..
These pics were taken as I said one day when we went for a walk to find some branches for mine and my kids birds..
We have 2 weerio's, and because sitting on those small wooden perches you buy is really bad for there feet we went exploring for some branches of varying sizes for them..

Scrap Metal

Life holds lots of wonderful things and sometimes it holds things that are meant to help us learn something and make us grow.. I guess that is the spiritual side of me talking..
In 8 days it will be 12 months since I escaped from 5 years of hell..
In those 12 months I have found the person I was before I met the devils right hand man..
I have learned to overcome fear and that even though the law has tried to, it cant protect me from this person..
He told me once that I would come out from shopping one day and my car would be immobilised..
That happened, We put her on a tow truck and had her delivered home, when I could afford it I had the immobiliser fixed..
Then I came out from a long shift from work to find tyres flat, one had to be replaced...
I was starting in the very early hours of the morning, one morning my windscreen wipers are working fine, next morning they are not, taxi to work, cant drive without them in pouring rain...
When the car was checked , they found the bonnet had been pushed down near the windscreen just enough to not instantly notice but enough to stop the wipers from working..
Again the problem was fixed... Next again in the morning I discover I have no head lights..
Again taxi to work, its to dark to drive without them..
I have come out to find doors unlocked, windows slightly down...
But the last and final straw was to come out one morning to find my fuel cap open, the police arrested him trying to hide in bushes in the next street, his car parked on the corner...
The mechanic says something was added to the fuel tank, as I lost the motor...
I decided at that point that I was not going to spend the money to have it fixed, I had wanted to get rid of it for along time.. I stripped it of things I could sell and called a scrap metal yard, I could have sold it and got more money, but I wanted it destroyed....
That is the story to this layout...
I went out and bought myself the car I have wanted for several years :)

Gargoyles And Dragons

Say hi to a couple of my friends who live in my garden..
I also have slugs and snails who I really am not to impressed with at the current moment cos they are munching their way through my plants.. Plants just dont look the same with bits missing and flowers look funny chewed as well *laughing*
Anyway this is the layout I have thrown together tonight for my very first template which I hope to have up by tomorrow, that is providing I have figured out how to package it right so that it can be downloaded should someone decide they like it and would like to use it......
I also still havnt figure all the gadets for this blog yet, but I will get there :)
Thats it for now, I am kinda shy at this blogging thing.. sorry..

Ok I am Finally Here

I finally made it.. Now how does this all work *laughing*
I have been checking out other blogs for ages and decided it was time I joined..
Until I have worked out all I need to be able to put things up, I shall just post things I have done with the credits for the wonderful creative ladies and Gentleman that have given me such inspiration and wonderful things to use to decorate my memories with...
I am amazed at the amount of truely talented people out there who are so generous in heart to share things with us all....
So now I need to do a pic to put up here and work out all the other bits and pieces as well..
